From ideation to delivery, the squad will build in a way that keeps employee experience, controls, governance and clear documentation at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a People Product specialist to join our mission in making Performance at Monzo feel less like a "process" and more like a world-class experience. You’ll sit right at the heart of People Product, Partnering, People Ops, and Reward. Your goal? To treat the "employee performance experience" as a product: building something intuitive, evidence-based, and deeply rooted in our values.
