As a Functional Site Assessor, you will support pre-deployment discovery activities for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation across multiple medical centers. The Work: This is a float role designed to move from deployment wave to deployment wave, providing targeted, on site support during the most critical phases of pre deployment and deployment. Conduct Clinical Discovery Questionnaire walkthroughs on-site at hospitals and clinics. Analyze collected information to identify clinical and functional needs across inpatient and outpatient services. Collaborate closely with specialty Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to address unique clinical service areas. Ensure that standard clinical capabilities, workflows, and services are fully considered during discovery and gap analysis. Synthesize findings into clear, comprehensive assessments that support planning and decision-making. Maintain strong professional relationships with client stakeholders; significant client interaction is expected. Travel frequently (up to 75%) to various healthcare facilities across multiple regions. Here’s What You Need: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance 3+ years of Previous experience performing assessments in hospital or clinic environments. 3 + years of experience with clinical information systems and workflows. 3+ years of experience with both inpatient and outpatient operations. 2+ years of experience with Oracle EHR or a comparable EHR platform (preferred). Willingness to travel up to 75%. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
