As Partnership Manager Türkiye, you will work closely with medical schools and student organizations, representing AMBOSS at events and conferences across Türkiye. Your goal is to introduce and grow the use of our platform among medical students and early-career doctors, helping them study smarter while strengthening long-term engagement with AMBOSS. In doing so, you will directly support our mission to improve medical education and clinical decision-making worldwide. Your efforts will also foster cross-departmental collaboration, enabling marketing, medical, and sales teams to align on outreach strategies and deliver cohesive campaigns. Additionally, you will contribute to enhanced customer retention by demonstrating the value of AMBOSS during trials and post-purchase stages, driving long-term satisfaction and engagement. YOU WILL: - Develop a profound understanding of medical students and physicians in Türkiye and strive to expand AMBOSS’s presence at Turkish medical schools - Build strong relationships with medical universities across Türkiye and lead conference presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings in the region - Manage our AMBOSSadors and key student contacts at the universities, and collaborate with key opinion leaders, student and medical societies - Design and implement strategic outbound marketing campaigns and initiatives - Monitor country-specific performance metrics for all channels and plan quarterly reviews - If relevant, create and manage content material to help tailor us to the market (e.g. country-specific study guides and plans) YOU BRING: - A licensed medical degree in Türkiye - You have strong communication skills in Turkish and English, can adapt your language to persuade diverse stakeholders, and are comfortable presenting ideas effectively - Prior experience in communication, project management, or working with student or physician organizations - Willingness to travel (40%) and to attend conferences with a high level of autonomy - Ability to work independently, prioritize work and implement structure - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced and collaborative environment - Prior work or academic experience in tech, business development, consulting, sales, or marketing is a plus YOU ENJOY: - Building relationships with students, faculty, and medical organizations and acting as a trusted partner in medical education - Representing a product you believe in and confidently engaging audiences through presentations, events, and meetings - Working autonomously and taking ownership of your market while driving initiatives from idea to execution - Collaborating with diverse stakeholders while staying organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment BENEFITS: 🧠 Learning & Development (Internal & external trainings, workshops & hackathons, AI cross-talks & seminars, Blinkist access, and more..) ☀️ Work From Somewhere Sunny ( ...
