Our Talent team is a diverse group of full-cycle Recruiters based across the UK, Central and Eastern Europe, and India. As a Talent Partner, you’ll be involved in every aspect of the recruitment process, ensuring that no two days are the same.
To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. This position offers significant freedom to create, innovate, and make a meaningful impact on how Tide attracts top talent.
As a Talent Partner, you will:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume Operations and Marketing roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and nurture top talent across various channels.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ strengths and development areas, mitigate bias, and provide expert guidance to hiring managers.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Analyse pipeline data, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights to refine sourcing strategies and influence hiring decisions.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, effectively managing expectations and fostering collaboration, even in ambiguous or fast-changing scenarios.

What we are looking for:
2–4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth or volume hiring environments.
Experience hiring for Operations and Marketing roles, with a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates through various channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and guide managers through the recruitment process.
A passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and a keen interest in employer branding initiatives.
Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
