Full Stack Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary As a Team Lead at Unframe, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling our AI-powered products while leading and growing a team of engineers. You’ll be responsible not only for technical execution, but also for hiring, mentoring, and shaping a high-performing team. We work on-site from our Tel Aviv office, collaborating closely across engineering, product, and AI to move fast and build with purpose. This is a hands-on leadership role - you’ll guide architecture and execution while actively building your team and ensuring technical excellence. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Take an active role in hiring and scaling the team, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Drive the design and implementation of core product features across backend and frontend Own end-to-end delivery of features, from ideation to production Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI, and Solutions teams Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system architecture Requirements 6+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams Experience working on complex, production-grade systems Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, Vue\React and PostgreSQL. Proven ability to design scalable systems and deliver high-quality products Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based applications Experience working with B2B or enterprise customers Experience in fast-paced startup environments Experience building and scaling teams in early-stage companies Background in building end-to-end or customer-facing products
