Sr Strategic Sourcing Analyst Department: Finance & Accounting Team: Finance Operations Location: Gurgaon, India Type: Full-Time **About the Role** The Sr. Analyst performs assessment of the supply market and spend analysis to identify sourcing opportunities. Manages mid to higher complexity sourcing initiatives from development to execution while supporting more complex initiatives and change management efforts. Managing the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending The person is required to build sourcing strategy for respective category and / or country(ies) supported & influencing cross functional teams. Analysing and calculating costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure The person also is responsible for identifying opportunities to optimize spend and compliance. **What the Candidate Will Do** As a Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for handling the end to end sourcing operations for the defined category / categories or country / countries. The successful candidate will be able to appraise and improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the company’s spending, supplying partnerships and new possibilities. - Builds effective relationships and successfully partners across varied functions with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies and colleagues to drive results and lead and influence change. - Proactively generates category sourcing options and partners with leaders to implement and manage them. - Manages rigorous analysis in order to scope and prioritize new sourcing opportunities within project area(s); - Responsible for achieving defined category performance targets and driving the performance of any associated vendors. - Provides input and support for continuous improvement programs within the organization. - Leverages industry experts, associations, peers and stakeholders to identify and benchmark best practices for project area. - Develops, evaluates, and presents business case and cost/benefit analysis to stakeholders. - Communicates proactively with all stakeholders. - Understands supply and demand and keeps routi
