The PKM leverage 3 missions to reach this goal : support, knowledge & project. ▪ As a product support, you will be able to tackle any product & tech issues raised by the business teams that prevent our customer to use its full potential. ▪ As a product expert, you will provide top notch product training and documentations to the business teams so they can better leverage all the product capabilities. ▪ As a project manager, your job will be to use your knowledge from the other missions to suggest and conduct impactful projects that will enable the users to get more value from the product. Your role is key in our organization as a pivot between customer success, sales and product / tech teams.
