Job Description

We are looking for an Intern to support the Total Rewards team across HCM updates, annual compensation cycles, budgeting, and day-to-day rewards operations. What you’ll do: Support HCM transition Document process maps Maintain and validate rewards data in the HCM (e.g., Workday). Support merit, promotion, and bonus cycle preparation, trackers, and validations Assist in budgeting analysis, spend tracking, and compensation simulations. Help with benchmarking, letters, and rewards documentation. Manage trackers for exceptions, grants, and routine rewards queries. What you’ll learn: End-to-end exposure to how compensation cycles are planned, budgeted, and executed. Hands-on experience with rewards governance within an HCM system. Practical understanding of compensation benchmarking, budgeting, and analytics. Stakeholder coordination across HR, Finance, and Talent teams. What you’ll bring: Pursuing B.Com, BBA, BA, or related degree. Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally. Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis, modelling, and reporting. Exceptional attention to detail, high ownership, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Interest in Compensation & Total Rewards. Mandatory and Required Skills for All ThoughtSpot Roles Spotters are expected to demonstrate AI literacy and workflow integration to include to ability to: Comfortably and confidently integrate artificial intelligence into their daily workflow to increase productivity and quality. Hands-on experience to leverage AI tools (industry-leading LLMs) to increase productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve work quality. Speak to the experience of using AI for research, content creation, and document summarization while maintaining ownership of judgment and final decisions. Write effective prompts to get the most accurate and creative results from AI tools.
