Your Impact As a Technical Lead, you will serve as the bridge between ambitious product visions and high-quality engineering execution. You will be responsible for guiding complex projects from concept to deployment, ensuring that our technical strategy aligns with our long-term goals. What You Will Do Architect & Innovate: Own the technical roadmap for your domain. Balance immediate delivery requirements with long-term system health, scalability, and performance. Drive Technical Excellence: Establish and maintain high engineering standards. Define best practices for code quality, testing, and operational reliability. Influence Strategy: Collaborate with Product Management and Design to translate product requirements into actionable technical strategies. Orchestrate Delivery: Lead the full development lifecycle for large-scale initiatives, managing technical risks and guiding teams through complex project phases. Foster Engineering Culture: Act as a force multiplier. Through mentorship, code reviews, and design sessions, you will elevate the technical capabilities of the entire team. Champion AI-Driven Development: Integrate AI-assisted workflows to boost team velocity, allowing us to focus human effort on the most complex engineering challenges. Empower Through Coaching: Adopt a leader-coach mindset. Provide actionable feedback and create an environment where team members feel empowered to take ownership and advance their professional growth. Minimum Qualifications Technical Leadership: Proven track record of leading architectural design for large-scale, customer-facing applications and influencing direction across multiple teams. Systems Thinking: Deep expertise in distributed systems, API design, and cross-platform performance, with a clear understanding of the trade-offs between speed and reliability. Strategic Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ownership Mentality: A proactive approach to problem-solving. You take full responsibility for outcomes and drive systemic improvements to prevent production issues. Mentorship: A demonstrated history of coaching engineers and helping them reach the next level in their careers. Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering (or equivalent) with 10 years of experience delivering high-quality, production-grade software in fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications Full-Stack Fluency: Proficiency across the stack (e.g., C, Swift, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Python) and familiarity with UI frameworks (Qt, React) or backend infrastructure (Spring, WebSockets). DevOps & Quality: Strong background in CI/CD, contract testing, and automation, with a commitment to infrastructure-as-code and operational excellence.
