Key Responsibilities Partner with business organizations (Product Management, Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, Support, Finance, etc.) to evaluate and launch new products and programs, ensuring proper revenue recognition and system implementation Write detail Functional Specifications to translate the business requirements into functional design and oversee the development of the proposed solution Design, test, and execute system implementation to properly account for NPI projects under SAP Work with the project team that is delivering enterprise-wide SAP Transformational Programs using SAP ERP Finance tools such as S/4HANA Comprehend the order to cash cycle of products and services with the ability to give constructive recommendations that maximized the Company’s revenue outlook Manage multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementation of NPI products and services Manage project updates and internal communication within the Finance organization and represent in cross-functional meetings Drive improvement, efficiency, and effectiveness into all NPI activities and deliverables Research, evaluate, and prepare technical accounting memos for NPI projects Assist with other special projects, as needed Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related discipline Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience or Master's degree with 3 years of experience in revenue accounting and operation in the technology industry Excellent knowledge of SAP Experience working with SAP S4/HANA Prior experience in system implementation and UAT Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to details Motivated self-starter who takes initiative Team player and effective communicator with all l ...
