We are
seeking
a
detail-oriented

tech -savvy
Legal Workflow
Administrator
to join our dynamic legal
operations
team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining our legal processes, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the efficient operation of our legal department. This position requires
excellent
admin,
operations and technical
skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
In this role as Legal Workflow Administrator you will:
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Managing legal department calendars and mailboxes,
managing accounts payable and receivable processes and
data gathering and tracking
legal platform management .
Process Improvement:
Identify
and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the legal department.
Project Coordination: Support legal projects and initiatives,
coordinating
activities
and
ensuring
timely
completion.
Knowledge Management:
Working with other members of the team, help to
maintain
contract templates, contract clauses, fallback
provisions
and other repositories .
About You
You are a fit for this role as Legal Workflow Administrator if you have the following required qualifications:
Requirements
Fluency in English (written and oral communication).
Detail-oriented with
a high level
of accuracy.
Previous
experience in a legal operations or
legal
admin istrative
role
(familiarity with legal terminology and processes) .
Strong
i nterest in technology, including new and emerging technologies .
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ,
SharePoint,
Power Automate
and
Power
BI )
Ability to translate work into digital forms to create efficiencies .
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
University degree.
Proficiency in software such as Legal Tracker
and
Ariba will be a big plus.
