As an HR Business Partner for our Clinical Organization, you will provide strategic talent and performance focused partnership to clinical team leaders who are transforming the mental health landscape. You will work directly with the teams responsible for our clinical excellence. Your success directly correlates to the quality of care our members receive. You will navigate the unique intersection of high-growth tech and high-quality evidence-based mental healthcare. This role requires a hands-on knowledgeable HR practitioner who applies data-driven decision-making and knowledge of leadership effectiveness and talent management practices  to build a healthy, high-performing clinical workforce.
