Angi at a glance: - Founded in 1995 as Angie’s List and rebranded in 2021 - Global company with 9 brands in 8 countries and employees worldwide - Homeowners have turned to us for 300 million home projects and counting About the role: As the Paid Search Marketing Manager for the DE/AT market, you will play a key role in driving growth and profitability through expertly managed paid search campaigns. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, shaping how we connect with both sides of our marketplace - homeowners and tradespeople. We are looking for a high-energy individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to consistently improving performance while exploring new opportunities to innovate and expand. This role reports to a Paid Search Director. What you’ll do: - Owning the day-to-day management and optimisation of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, ensuring they deliver maximum profitability. - Conducting in-depth keyword research, running ad copy tests, and analysing performance to continually improve profitability and ROAS. - Partnering with our Product and Analytics teams to implement advanced reporting and actionable insights. - Staying ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends, testing new strategies, and exploring untapped opportunities for paid search growth. This role gives you the chance to make a real impact while working in an environment that encourages innovation and data-driven experimentation. Your contributions will directly shape the success of our paid marketing efforts in a key European market. Who you are: - 2-4 years of experience in Paid Search Marketing, specifically with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. - Experience with budget management, bid optimisation, and performance tracking. - Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English. Nice to have: - Experience with display or video advertising as a supplementary skill. - Experience with marketplace management - Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques.
