Your Impact
We are looking for a high-potential, early-career Executive Assistant to support our Chief Human Officer based in Boston. You will serve as a force multiplier to the Chief Human Officer, helping drive efficiency, clarity, and execution across a wide range of priorities and administrative tasks. In addition to core executive support, you will gain exposure to strategic People Operations initiatives and cross-functional projects across the company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, embraces ownership, leverages AI and data to work smarter, and is excited to learn how a modern People function operates at scale.
