As a member of the WebEx media team, your work will ensure that every person using our products receives a truly immersive experience, regardless of their device or location. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves: Bringing to life new software functionality based on product requirements. Performing peer code reviews and automating all development chores. Participating in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning, release, and retrospective meetings. Broadening your technical and soft skills with the help of our comprehensive training programs. Steers AI effectively via context and prompt design. Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of professional software development experience and a MSc (or equivalent) in Software Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in C/C or Rust with strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Demonstrated ability to u s e AI responsibly to accelerate development. Preferred qualifications Professional verbal and written communication skills in English. Collaborative, self ‑ directed, eager to learn and share knowledge. Hands ‑ on with public cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience with media streaming and relevant protocols for real ‑ time applications. Comfort with incremental development, testing, and A/B testing in production. Experience s teer ing AI effectively via context and prompt design. CollabHiring Why Cisco?
