As a member of the WebEx media team, your work will ensure that every person using our products receives a truly immersive experience, regardless of their device or location. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves: Bringing to life new software functionality based on product requirements. Performing peer code reviews and automating all development chores. Participating in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, planning, release, and retrospective meetings. Broadening your technical and soft skills with the help of our comprehensive training programs. Minimum Qualifications: 3 years of professional software development experience and a MSc (or equivalent) in Software Engineering or a related field. Advanced in C/C or Rust with strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Demonstrated ability to use AI to accelerate development. Preferred qualifications Professional verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of WebRTC/ SIP protocols Experience with reviewing AI-generated code Experience steering AI effectively via context and prompt design. Collaborative and eager to learn .
