Salesforce Developer

Teladoc Health is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design and configure platform solutions. As a Salesforce Developer, you will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our growing Salesforce team to help them thrive while ensuring best practices and following Salesforce’s guiding principals. Role and Responsibilities Help act as gatekeeper for what should be solutioned with declarative configurations vs. programmatic code changes in line with Salesforce’s guiding principals. -Hands-on lightning development experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex classes and triggers, flows, SOQL/SOSL, Aura, and Lightning Web Component (LWC). -Knowing the line between programmatic solutions and declarative solutions. -Writing Apex classes, triggers, declarative platform tools (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder). -Experience in Salesforce including process builder, triggers, workflow, Lightning components. -Building integration between salesforce and external application using Outbound Messaging, REST / SOAP API, OAuth and SSO. -Deploying custom developed salesforce solution for clients, including prototyping, code Refactor code as needed to declarative solutions like Flows. -Aiding in the design of business processes, database schemas, custom user interfaces etc. -Customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform which should include: Developing Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework. -Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Ceremonies. -Proven leadership experience, effective mentorship, anecdotal experience of teaming forming and norming. -Familiar with CI/CD environment (git & pipelines) and capable to act as release manager Skill Requirements/Preferences -2 years of Minimum relevant experience with Salesforce.com development. -Referenceable examples of developing custom code for salesforce.com application. -Experience in data migration and integration. -Experience working with Mulesoft a plus.
