We build for enterprise scale from day one. About The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Head of QA to lead our quality efforts at Unframe. In this role, you’ll have full ownership of quality across the company - leading both QA and automation while defining testing strategies, processes, and infrastructure.You’ll be responsible for ensuring we deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and mentor QA engineers and automation developers Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and best practices Own manual and automated testing across the platform Drive automation and improve testing coverage Work closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams Integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows Ensure product quality, performance, and scalability Requirements 6+ years of experience in QA, including at least 2+ years leading QA and automation efforts Strong hands-on experience with test automation Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) Experience with cloud environments (AWS / Azure), including setting up and managing environments Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or similar Familiarity with Docker or virtualized environments as part of testing workflows Experience with test and bug management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or similar Experience working with or leveraging AI tools to improve development or testing workflows
