Senior Software Engineer

Model Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable AI/ML models (Specifically around NLP). 2. Implement algorithms from scratch when needed (not just library usage). 3. Optimize models for accuracy, latency, and memory. 4. Build data pipelines (ETL, feature extraction, preprocessing) 5. Handle noisy, real-world datasets (missing values, imbalance, drift) Skillset required: 1. Python and related ML/AI libraries 2. C and related ML/AI libraries Candidate must have: 1. At least 4 - 5 years of experience with the technologies. 2. Hands on experice, rather than just academic/certification experience.
