ABOUT THE JOB We’re looking for a Product Design Intern to work on projects shaping the future of retail experiences. This internship offers hands-on experience contributing to an end-to-end design and research project, from early exploration through execution. You’ll gain exposure to real-world design challenges and contribute to improving how teams and customers interact with our product. WHAT YOU'LL DO Turn complex ideas and data into simple, intuitive user experiences Help design thoughtful experiences across mobile (iOS/Android) and web Contribute to and help evolve RADAR’s design system Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams Support the design process from early concepts through final implementation Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover insights and opportunities Learn how to improve user experiences through feedback, testing, and research ABOUT YOU Required : Interest in product design or a related field Foundational understanding of UX/UI principles Ability to think critically and simplify complex problems Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Curiosity and eagerness to learn Preferred: Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma) Ability to create basic prototypes Interest in data visualization or dashboard design Exposure to real-world projects (coursework, internships, or personal work) At RADAR, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $30 per hour . The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
