You aren’t just launching a product; you are the architect of a customer’s first experience with Uber for Business across Latam. This means navigating the complex reality of a massive regional footprint—balancing different market needs, languages, and technical infrastructures—all while moving at Uber speed. This role is for someone who thrives in the "messy middle" of a launch. You’ll need to be as comfortable troubleshooting an API integration as you are leading a high-pressure training session for a C-suite audience. It’s challenging because expectations are high and timelines are tight, but it’s rewarding because you own the outcome. This is a hybrid role—our team collaborates in-person out of our office in São Paulo 3 days/week. **What You’ll Do** - **Navigate the Launch:** Own the end-to-end implementation for Uber’s most strategic Latam customers, turning complex goals into actionable launch plans. - **Build Trust Fast:** Serve as the primary technical and strategic guide during the onboarding phase, earning the trust of regional stakeholders through reliability and expertise. - **Solve the Unscripted:** Resolve complex technical and operational blockers—from SFTP and expense integrations to billing hurdles—using resourcefulness and internal influence. - **Drive Adoption with Urgency:** Create and execute engagement strategies (training, customized templates, and demos) that ensure employees don’t just have access to Uber, but actively use it. - **Manage the Tension:** Balance the needs of your customers with Uber’s internal operational constraints, making smart trade-offs to keep projects on track without sacrificing quality. - **Identify Growth in the Messiness:** Look beyond the initial setup to uncover early upsell and exp
