Engineering Manager - Cloud Services

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of engineers right here in Hamburg. You'll drive innovation, deliver cloud-based solutions used by millions, and help us build a culture where ambitious ideas and great people thrive. What You'll Do: You'll own the full picture — from software development and quality assurance to team growth and cross-functional collaboration. That means guiding your engineers through complex projects, keeping quality high even when deadlines are tight, and working closely with product, design, and other teams to shape what we build and how we build it. You'll also be the person who brings AI into the way we work — not as a buzzword, but as a real part of how your team writes, reviews, tests, and ships code every day. What We're Looking For: You've managed software development teams before and know what it takes to bring out the best in people. You have a strong background in cloud services and a genuine curiosity for how AI can make engineering teams sharper and more effective. You communicate clearly, lead with empathy, and thrive in environments where things move fast and ambition runs high.
