Product Expert - Veeva Regulatory Information Management (RIM) Submissions - Archive and Publishing - Europe Remote

The Role Veeva is looking for a highly motivated individual with real-world life science industry experience in Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Affairs to drive customer success with our Veeva Regulatory Information Management (RIM) products in Europe.  If you are a person who has a blend of experience building regulatory submissions and understanding of the key technical product features behind these processes then this could be the role for you! Product Experts play a key role in the product organization, supporting software product managers specializing in Submissions, Submissions Archive and Publishing applications.  You will advocate the voice of the customer, using your industry knowledge and experience with European/ ROW regulations to help shape the product roadmap to support regulatory document management, submission planning & tracking, electronic submissions publishing (eCTD & non-eCTD), and submission archive & viewing.  Product Experts represent the product organization in online communities, customer meetings and at industry events. To realize the value of our product innovations, you will be creating valuable resources for both internal and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone passionate about RIM processes, eager to collaborate with customers from end users to executives, and excited to drive their success.  You should have the skills and personal characteristics to work with autonomy, proactiveness and drive – demonstrating the ability to succeed where there is ambiguity in a fast moving environment. Opportunities are available across Europe for this role as this is a remote position. There is no work location requirement if a candidate is in proximity to an airport and able to meet travel requirements. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the EU (for EU locations) and the UK (for UK-based candidates).
