Director, Solution Management - Personal Care

The Director, Solution Management - Personal Care is responsible for solution strategy, execution, and lifecycle from conception to launch via collaboration with clients, executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and client experience. The scope of this job includes managing teammates, ensuring solutions address market needs and align with corporate strategy, and defining strategic direction and vision of solution roadmap to meet revenue and client satisfaction goals. Key Responsibilities: Drive the development of solution strategy and roadmaps based on client insights, market analysis, and business objectives. Orchestrate cross-functional teams to drive the solution development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives to identify opportunities for solution innovation and differentiation. Develop effective partnerships across the team with solution marketing and client experience to evaluate client satisfaction and areas of opportunity. Lead the annual update of a 3-year vision and strategy document for areas of responsibility, and ensure business opportunities are surfaced for annual budget planning. Drive tracking and analysis of solution performance, make data-driven decisions to optimize results, and drive continuous improvement. Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes. Perform other job duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience At least 4-5 years of relevant management work experience Proven track record of leading end-to-end product development and lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and scaling. Significant experience within the Healthcare Technology (HealthTech) sector. Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML product development, implementation, or strategy. Experience managing SaaS products within an Agile development framework.
