team
and help shape the future of autonomous mobility!
As Executive / Personal Assistant to the CFO, you will be at the heart of our Finance organization, ensuring smooth operations, strong coordination, and clear communication within the CFO Office and division. As a trusted partner to the CFO, you will manage day-to-day executive support, oversee scheduling and priorities, coordinate executive meetings and events, and drive key operational topics. With a structured, proactive, and discreet approach, you will increase efficiency and impact across the organization while contributing to MOIA’s vision of shaping the future of autonomous mobility.
What you will do
Own and optimize the CFO’s calendar. Manage priorities and day-to-day scheduling in a dynamic environment.
Ensure efficient CFO Office operations by owning signature and office processes, coordinating travel, handling expense reports, maintaining key documentation, and supporting internal communications.
Serve as a key interface between the CFO Office and other C-Level/Senior Management offices, ensuring aligned timelines, clear communication, and smooth coordination on priorities.
Plan and organize business trips, executive events, and leadership meetings - ensuring excellent efficient logistics.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
What will help you to fulfill your role
Completed degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership (C-level is a plus).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
High level of reliability, discretion, and professionalism.
Confident use of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1 level), written and spoken.
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven, or mobility-related environment.
Familiarity with modern collaboration tools and AI-supported productivity tools.
