The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a brand new Canada-focused pod at Fullscript, created to accelerate Fullscript’s growth in Canada. This unique role will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering and market strategy, with a high level of ownership. The Canada pod will own the end-to-end delivery of Canada-specific product and commerce experiences, including localization, regulatory adaptation, and revenue-driving workflows. The pod is accountable for measurable impact on Canadian revenue, conversion, and practitioner/patient experience. You will help define the team’s scope, shape its operating model, and turn a broad market opportunity into a focused engineering roadmap. The work will span product delivery, market-specific adaptation, systems thinking, and team building. We’re looking for an engineering leader who can work across multiple levels: partner on strategy, translate opportunities into execution, grow a strong team, and stay close enough to the systems and architecture to make good technical decisions. Experience helping expand products or platforms into new markets will be especially valuable in this role.
