Sales Development Representative (SDR) Are you looking to join a forward-thinking sales organization with strong earning potential and  long-term career growth? You will engage decision makers in the US market, uncover business needs and pain points, and set value-focused appointments for Account Executives. About the Role: In this opportunity as a Sales Development Representative , you will: Prospect for new sales opportunities, develop a pipeline, & closes opportunity or may not execute renewal contracts. Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities and passes them to an appropriate resource. Hit or exceed your monthly and annual targets and maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your YTD goals. Work closely with the Sales Representatives assigned to you to align prospecting strategies and coordinate efforts with Training, Marketing, and Account Management teams. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using a structured outbound sales process. Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities within CRM and sales tools. Develop strong product knowledge to clearly articulate business value to US-based  customers. About You You’re a fit for the role if your background includes: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. 2 years of B2B work experience in prospecting, sales, lead generation or preferred experience in software/SaaS market. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and influence over the phone, email and video Strong interpersonal skills (personable and professional) Ability to handle and overcome objections with confidence Comfort working in quota-driven and KPI-based environments Commitment to a schedule that coincides with the customer’s workday Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate software programs, including CRM systems and tools. Previous experience working with the US market (preferable but not mandatory) ​ Compensation: Base salary and a variable compensation that is directly related to your success.
