What you will do As the Influencer Marketing Lead for India, you will be the architect of our brand’s voice in one of the world’s most digitally advanced and trend-conscious markets. Following three months of consistent growth, we are looking for a specialist to take our "blank slate" presence in Korea and turn it into a high-performance engine. Initially, you will focus on building a robust ecosystem of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and creators. This is a "builder" role; you will have the autonomy to define our Indian influencer playbook from scratch. Key Responsibilities (End-to-End Execution) - Develop a localized influencer roadmap aligned with Indian cultural nuances and peak shopping seasons (e.g., Diwali, Holi, Eid, and various regional festivals) - Identify and vet high-alignment creators across YouTube, Instagram, and ShareChat/Moj - Manage talent contracts, usage rights, and localized pricing benchmarks to ensure cost-efficiency - Track and report on KPIs (CPE, CPM, and Conversion) to prove ROI of Indian investments - Collaborate with the global KOL team to bridge influencer wins into PR, Paid Media, and Offline activations Skills, qualifications and experience we look for - Minimum Requirements - Native or near-native fluency in Hindi and/or regional languages with professional proficiency in English - Deep knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, ShareChat/Moj, and Josh as community platforms in India - 3+ years of experience in Event Management or Experiential Marketing, with the ability to run physical events end-to-end - 5+ years in Influencer Marketing with a proven track record managing large-scale, high-budget Indian campaigns - Ability to manage both digital (campaign tracking) and physical (event planning) workstreams simultaneously Preferred Requirements - Existing relationships with major Indian talent agencies/MCNs (Collective Artists Network, Qyuki, One Digital Entertainment) and event vendors across key metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore) - Background in Consumer Electronics or Lifestyle Tech where product experience is central to the sales process - Previous experience taki ...
