Release Management Analyst

As a Release Management Analyst , you will coordinate and oversee software deployments across multiple teams and stakeholders. You will manage release timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and serve as a key contact for communicating status, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to balance competing priorities, and experience working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments. Familiarity with Jira, and Confluence, or other release management tools, along with structured project management methodologies, risk frameworks, and collaboration platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams, is highly beneficial. Experience coordinating complex projects, managing stakeholder expectations, driving process improvements, and operating in agile or iterative development environments will further support success in this role. Here’s What You Need: Coordinate and manage software release schedules to ensure timely, successful deployments Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor release activities Serve as the primary contact for client communications related to releases Identify and mitigate risks throughout the release process Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines Facilitate meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Continuously improve release management processes and best practices Support large‑scale program delivery through effective stakeholder collaboration Manage system changes and work products between clients and internal teams Engage client stakeholders to monitor and report on progress Design and manage Jira workflows to support program delivery Provide reporting on delivery status, project management activities, communications, and SDLC support Bonus If You Have: Hands‑on experience with Jira administration and Excel‑based reporting Experience facilitating agile ceremonies (Scrum of Scrums, Sizing, Daily Stand-Ups, Product Backlog Refinement) Eligibility Requirements: U.S. citizenship is required Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain one As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
