About the Role We’re looking for a Sr. Product Designer to join a growing team shaping Life360’s design evolution. This is a Growth team role, ideal for someone with around 5 years of product design experience who brings strong AI fluency and wants to apply it meaningfully to accelerate the product design process. You’ll partner closely with design leadership to support and elevate active projects, while developing your craft across visual design, interaction design, and motion. The US-based salary range for this position is $129k - $190k. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What You’ll Do Work with AI tools to accelerate the design process and innovate on product designs. Collaborate closely with Design and Product leadership to define and execute a forward-thinking design strategy that drives MAU, retention, and monetization. Create and validate design hypotheses through experimentation, leveraging A/B tests and iterative design to optimize performance.
