As a Release Management Practitioner , you will help deliver business and technology outcomes by applying standard delivery tools, methodologies, and processes. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, clear communication, and strong alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle. The Work: Support the delivery of technology solutions across a large scale program using Agile practices Coordinate with functional, testing, and development teams to manage dependencies and integration needs Facilitate Agile ceremonies to maintain alignment and proactively address challenges Track progress across scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables Oversee intersystem testing and third party integration activities Produce clear, actionable reporting through Agile dashboards and analytics Partner with client stakeholders to ensure transparency and effective communication Here’s What You Need: Experience managing delivery status, schedules, risks, and work products Ability to coordinate intersystem testing and cross team dependencies Strong data analytics and reporting skills Working knowledge of Agile delivery processes Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities Bonus if You Have: Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams Ability to drive continuous improvement and optimize delivery workflows Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools Experience with enterprise scale programs or multi vendor environments Skills in dashboarding or data visualization Eligibility Requirements: U.S. citizenship required Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain one As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
