All About the Role Advisors Research Center is a new capability designed to respond to fast evolving customer needs for high-quality research support, with the important mission of value realization in developing insights and recommendations. This capability augments Advisors traditional areas of strength. The ARC Senior Research Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between ARC’s research endeavors and operational success within our organization. This position is responsible for developing and executing operational strategies tailored to the specific needs and dynamics of the assigned region. By leveraging research skills, and a deep understanding of our research capabilities, the Senior Research Manager drives ARC’s growth and delivers high quality projects. Key Responsibilities:- • Engage in ARC’s operations activities in the respective region for all tracks and business lines • Enable scoping & pricing for research opportunities by working closely with region’s Solutions Lead • Lead research projects and manage the team of researchers in the assigned projects. • Provide feedback to Project teams to bundle research across product lines All About You • Have 10+ years of extensive experience in the research domain across leading market research firms in various quantitative research projects. • Develop research brief based on the project scope, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage timelines, and costs, monitor progress to ensure successful delivery of research initiatives. • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution. ...
