Title and Summary Manager, Visual Design - Agentic AI Services within Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services and leverage expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. Our team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich AI and Data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Overview: As Manager of Visual Design, Agent Suite, you will own and elevate the visual expression of Mastercard’s Agentic AI Consulting Products, shaping how Agent Suite is understood, adopted, and championed by enterprise clients and internal leaders. You will visual and presentation design—from early conceptual storytelling through compelling narrative experiences—ensuring every experience reflects Mastercard’s brand integrity while pushing the frontier of what enterprise AI products could look and feel like. You are a visual design leader who thrives at the intersection of enterprise products, storytelling, and AI. You understand how thoughtful visual and motion design can simplify complexity, influence decisionmakers, and accelerate product adoption in B2B environments. The Role Drive the visual approach that expresses the Agent Suite brand experience, including product concepts, executive presentations, motion design, and branded narratives, while working with Mastercard’s design systems and extending it for Agent Suite. Partner closely with the AI Consulting Products Chief of Staff and collaborate across Product, Go-To-Market, Sales Enablement, Thought Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to craft clear, compelling narrative experiences that articulate Agent Suite’s vision, roadmap, and future impact.
