You’ll develop original series, behind-the-scenes narratives, and thought-leadership content that feels native to each platform. The Architect of Short-Form Video: Build and execute our TikTok and Reels strategy from the ground up. You aren't just "posting videos"—you are defining our visual language, tone, and personality in the 15-to-60-second window. Visual Reinvention: Partner with design teams to move away from staid corporate templates. You will introduce bold, modern graphical aesthetics that stop the scroll and command attention. Influencer Advocate Synergy: Identify and collaborate with industry influencers and internal subject matter experts to "humanize" the brand. You’ll turn our executives and engineers into relatable industry voices. Community Delight: Move beyond "responding to comments." You will develop a strategy for proactive engagement—surprising and delighting our followers to turn prospects into fans and partners into advocates. Culture Jacking: Monitor real-time trends, memes, and industry shifts to insert our brand into relevant conversations with wit and speed (without being "cringe").
