The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Knowledge / Experience • 8+ years leading large scale, end to end technical programs across multiple teams with complex dependencies in enterprise environments. • Strong expertise in portfolio and initiative level program management, including governance, execution tracking, reporting, and operational readiness. • Hands on experience with Agile (Scrum), SAFe, and blended delivery models, with strengths in work decomposition, sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery acceleration. • Solid understanding of software engineering, system design, and architecture, with the ability to engage engineers on trade offs, scalability, and constraints. • Proven ability to drive business and customer outcomes through technical execution, measured via metrics and results. • Demonstrated strength in risk management, ambiguity handling, stakeholder influence, and executive communication. • Experience building and leading TPM organizations, mentoring leaders, shaping practices, and influencing technology roadmaps. ________________________________________ About the Role • Drive transformational change in end to end product delivery, applying technical program managem ...
