About the role We're hiring a Process Engineer to join Vehicle Operations with a cross-program mandate covering Test, Fleet Reliability, Build, and On Road Deployment across our Automotive, Trucking, and Construction Mining programs. Operations across our programs has scaled faster than the methodology behind it, and we need someone whose full-time job is closing that gap. You'll spend time in the ops flow, measure where time and cost actually sit, and identify the highest-leverage improvements. Some of that work is analysis and methodology design; some of it is driving change end-to-end, from design through full rollout. Our fleet is scaling past 100+ vehicles across three distinct business areas, and the same operational problems keep showing up in different programs. You'll recognize those patterns, design the methodology to solve them once rather than every time, and build the measurement infrastructure that tells us whether what we're doing is actually working. At Applied Intuition, you will do: Workflow and throughput analysis : time-and-motion studies and bottleneck identification across vehicle prep, dispatch, rework, retrofit, and deployment loops. Root cause analysis : design and apply structured RCA frameworks for recurring failures, and surface cross-program patterns where the same root cause is driving issues in multiple verticals. Measurement framework design : define how operational performance is instrumented and build the dashboards and signals that show whether changes are actually working. Process templates and standards : develop SOP structures, runbook formats, checklist templates, and training assessment models that scale across verticals.
