Job Summary: At Drata https://drata.com, trust is at the center of everything we build. We’re looking for an engineering leader to help scale the foundational systems powering identity, access management, and workforce orchestration across our platform. This is a high-impact platform engineering leadership role focused on building secure, scalable systems that serve some of the most complex enterprise environments in SaaS today. You’ll lead a team responsible for the infrastructure and workflows that allow customers to onboard users, manage access, synchronize workforce data, and operate compliance programs at scale. You’ll partner closely across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support to shape platform capabilities that power the broader product ecosystem — while mentoring and growing a high-performing engineering team. About the team: This team owns Drata's identity, personnel, and access-control platform — the foundation that lets our largest, most complex customers onboard their workforce and run their compliance programs at scale. The team's domain spans identity provider integrations, directory and HR system synchronization, and the role and permission model that gates every product surface. As this is a platform team, the manager's role involves both leading delivery and partnering with peer teams across the organization who consume the team's capabilities.
