QA Engineer

You Will: Perform manual and exploratory testing of newly developed features (frontend and backend) Design, develop, and maintain automated regression tests using Python, TypeScript, Cypress Contribute to the evolution of our test automation framework and testing processes Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and product stakeholders to ensure quality of our software products Participate in test planning, test case design, and defect management Desired Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a QA role with hands-on test creation and execution Experience in at least 2 different companies/organizations (diverse project exposure) Solid understanding of software QA methodologies and processes Hands-on experience with test automation for frontend applications Willingness to split time between automation and manual testing Technical skills: Python, pytest, API testing, Git, Linux basics Languages: English (B2+), Polish (B2+) Selected Technologies: Python + FastAPI/Django TypeScript + React Kubernetes Google Cloud Platform PostgreSQL AlloyDB BigQuery We Offer: 100% remote — collaboration from anywhere in Poland or from our offices in Warsaw or Kraków Flexible collaboration model — we trust you to manage your time Shape the QA process — with a small QA team, you'll have a direct impact on how testing is done Influence the product — we work closely with users, developers, and UX designers; your voice matters in the final shape of what we ship Freedom in tooling — we're open to adopting better tools and technologies when there's a good case for it Stable tech company — RTB House is an AI/ML-driven product company with a long-term perspective, not a code factory AI-powered workflow — access to tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini to boost your productivity Apply now!
