Title and Summary Analyst, Risk Management, GBSC (GBS) Overview The Global Business Service Center (GBSC) is a shared services center within Mastercard whose mission is to add value to our partners and serve our customers by delivering operational excellence, enhanced experiences, and focused business results. • Are you passionate about solving problems? • Do you enjoy balancing the needs of many stakeholders? • Are you naturally curious and energized when helping others? Role • Supports regions, business units, and functions as a dedicated banking subject matter expert • Supports banking partner relationships, including responding to inquiries timely • Responds to customer inquiries timely and effectively utilizing preferred GBSC tools and reporting • Leverages performance management tools and reporting to track progress and consolidate operational results • Escalates areas of operational risk and opportunities making specific recommendations on resolutions • Identifies & Assists with the implementation of process improvements • Performs, updates and maintains existing access and reports from various banking systems • Supports SOX compliance and assisting with control improvements • Supports special projects as requested; provides ad-hoc support to management All About You • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Bannking/Accounting/Finance • Experience with Treasury/Banking applications, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) • Experience with Bank Account opening/closing process • Experience building trusted relationships with business partners • Experience managing projects • Excellent verbal and written communicator • Ability to influence outcomes and drive behavior among diverse stakeholders to achieve timely results • Comfort around all levels of the organization Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
