About the role We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract during a busy and exciting period for the team. Alongside delivering critical BAU activity, we’re continuing to evolve and modernise how AP operates through automation, AI and process improvement. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys balancing operational delivery with problem solving and continuous improvement. You’ll help keep the AP function running smoothly in a fast-moving environment while contributing ideas and practical improvements that make the team more efficient and scalable. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a business that is increasingly AI-native in how it operates. What you’ll be doing Delivering excellence: Processing accounts payable transactions accurately and on time across a multi-entity, multi-currency setup. Owning the close: Supporting month-end activities, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and reporting. Keeping things clean: Maintaining supplier master data with strong controls, approvals and audit trails in place. Partnering widely: Working closely with teams like Procurement, Product, Engineering and Commercial to resolve queries and support smooth supplier onboarding. Embracing smarter ways of working : Using automation, AI tools and system capabilities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy and efficiency. Improving how we work: Contributing to process simplification, automation opportunities and system enhancements that improve scalability and controls. Supporting change: Balance operational delivery alongside ongoing system, automation and process transformation initiatives. Protecting the business: Adhering to financial controls, audit requirements and policies to safeguard cash and minimise risk. About you AP-experienced: You bring solid experience in Accounts Payable or shared services finance, ideally in a fast-moving, multi-entity environment. Detail-driven: Accuracy and timeliness matter to you, and it shows in your work. Month-end ready: You’re comfortable juggling priorities and deadlines, particularly during month-end. AI and tech curious: You’re comfortable using systems, automation and emerging AI tools to improve processes, reduce manual work and solve problems more effectively.
