Summary As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be a senior individual contributor responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy for Deel's HR business vertical and related product lines. This role requires a strong understanding of the market, customers, and competition to develop effective messaging, positioning, and strategies that support demand, adoption, and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute product marketing initiatives and contribute to successful product launches in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Serve as a key partner between marketing, product management, sales, and other departments to support alignment and effective communication. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to enable product success. - Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. - Conduct market and customer research to understand user needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.
