About this role
BlackRock’s Aladdin Business supports the investment process through the development, deployment and support of our enterprise investment management platform (Aladdin®), which is utilized by executives, portfolio management, risk management and operations teams.
The Aladdin Business provides strategic advisory and enterprise investment system services for our clients.

is our Private Markets suite of
tools purpose
built for teams investing in
alternatives
asset classes. Our diverse private markets client base is made up of external institutional asset managers, pensions, insurance companies, general partners, asset servicers and governments around the world.
Aladdin is the natural evolution of our long-standing investment in developing sophisticated and highly integrated analytics and systems for managing money.
Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) is part of the Aladdin Business
focused on maximizing the value of the Aladdin
platform
through engagement,
education and working closely with clients to be their trusted consultant, problem solver, and business partner.
The Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) group manages the partnerships formed with each BlackRock Solutions client and is the trusted advisor, problem solver and business partner to Aladdin clients.
They are the key point of contact and are charged with driving, deepening and growing the relationship over time through product and analytics knowledge.
The Client Manager is highly focused on understanding the needs and evolving priorities of client organisations and on providing analytical and investment process solutions that leverage the capabilities of the entire BlackRock Solutions organization.

In this role, you will:
Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, driving to
identify , understand, and solve complex analytical problems
Own relationships with client teams to understand their business
objectives
and needs, and help them use Aladdin
expertise
to achieve their firm’s goals
Drive engagement campaigns with end users and go-to market strategies to increase Aladdin penetration and commercial outcomes within assigned client segments
Build strong internal relationships within the Aladdin Business, and the wider BlackRock, in support of your clients
Develop a deep understanding of your client’s business
objectives , and help
leverage
Aladdin
expertise
to achieve their organization’s goals
Provide impactful solutions, combining investment lifecycle
expertise
with your knowledge of financial markets
Work closely with Aladdin product managers, developers, and financial modelers to further the value proposition of the Aladdin platform

You have:
Experience with buy-side investment management workflows and familiarity with portfolio managers’ styles,
tools
and processes
Experience in executing projects
A working knowledge of risk, data,
analytics
and client reporting processes
