What you'll do
We're looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our Mexico team and help build lasting partnerships with Clara’s clients. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they get the most value from our platform while acting as their trusted advisor. This is a cross-functional role that requires a mix of relationship management, commercial drive, and product insight.
Your mission will be to drive customer retention, identify growth opportunities, and deliver a seamless experience from onboarding through renewal. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and contribute to Clara’s long-term success. Who you are
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves
2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
Background in fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services.
Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Hubspot .
Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and improve response times.
Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to fast-changing environments and a proven track record of execution.
Experience identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion.
Nice to haves
Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets or Metabase .
Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Familiarity with product usage monitoring or customer health scoring.
Strategic thinking and an eye for process improvements.
A good sense of humor.
