Locally, you will be the trusted advisor for our Brazil leadership, helping them build high-performing teams in our most mature market.
Define Global Operations: Lead and design the end-to-end global People Operations strategy (onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance). You will set the standard for operational excellence across all Clara markets.
Drive AI-Native Efficiency: Architect automated workflows using tools like N8N, Cluade, Gemini, Replit and Slack to eliminate manual tasks in the employee lifecycle. Your goal is to make our operations "invisible" and frictionless.
Strategic People Partnering (Brazil): Act as the primary People Partner for our GTM (Sales, Customer Success Experience) and Support functions (Finance, Marketing, Legal) in Brazil. You will drive org design, performance cycles, and leadership coaching.
Data as a Product: Own the integrity of People data globally. You will provide leadership with real-time insights into headcount, turnover, and team health, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Lead Scale: Manage and mentor a regional team of People Ops professionals, fostering a culture of high ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
