About this role Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of Israel and MENA, this role will be instrumental in shaping and executing a field marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and accelerates business growth in the region. You will support our marketing efforts in Israel during this rapid growth phase, working closely with the Israel commercial team and the EMEA Marketing team to deliver impactful, locally relevant initiatives. To support our fast growth, this role requires a proactive mindset, strong project management skills, and effective cross-functional collaboration to keep initiatives moving and ensure high-quality execution. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own field marketing initiatives across Israel and the Middle East including event sponsorships, exhibitions, roundtables, dinners, and webinars. - Partner with the Channel Partnerships Manager and Head of Startups to help execute high impact measurable co-marketing activities. - Lead the end-to-end execution of field activities, from project management through operations, ensuring smooth delivery and execution. - Collaborate with EMEA marketing teams, together with local Sales teams, to develop localized sales and marketing collateral, shape event messaging, and define pre- and post-event engagement plans for the Israel market. - Drive strong event ROI by setting clear objectives and KPIs for each activity, ensuring lead follow-up, tracking performance, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to optimize the field marketing funnel. - Represent Airwallex on-site with professionalism and energy, acting as a trusted point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on field and event marketing. - Proven ability to manage end-to-end event execution, from planning to measurement. - A skilled project manager. Hands-on, proactive, organized with multitasking abilities. - Strong collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and sales. - Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce pref ...
