Shape product strategy and GTM tactics Contribute to divisional strategy and GTM plans, influencing how we position the product, sequence major initiatives, and tell the value story to customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
Own metrics, experimentation, and continuous improvement Define and track KPIs for your product lines (e.g., adoption, engagement, incident reduction, revenue impact), run experiments, and use data to refine direction and inform investment decisions.
Represent your product externally and with leadership Serve as the domain expert for your product areas in customer calls, escalations, executive reviews, and roadmap discussions—communicating clearly, managing tradeoffs, and building trust across the organization.
