This role sits within the Devices team, focused on defining and evolving the product design vision for Life360's hardware ecosystem, including Tile, pet GPS, and future connected devices. The team is entrepreneurial at its core: close to customers, close to the hardware, and focused on finding and scaling the moments where a physical device and the Life360 app create something genuinely more valuable together. This is hands-on, high-impact work, spanning the full arc from how a family sets up their first Tile to how a parent tracks a pet or a teen's backpack across a busy day. About the Job We are seeking a transformative design leader who delivers impact through what they create, to join our Life360 Devices team, pioneering the next horizon of the Life360 experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a zero-to-one mindset, bringing strong collaboration and partnership skills to deliver at scale. In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping how we make everyday family life better, both within our app and across connected physical devices. The US-based salary range for this position is $171,000 to $252,000. The Canada-based salary range for this position is $198,000 to $233,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
