THE ROLE As a Senior Advisor on our Wealth Management team, you'll provide comprehensive support to our high net worth clients ($1MM+) throughout their journey with us. Unlike traditional wealth management roles, this position is fully salaried with no commission structure or sales targets. Your performance will be evaluated on a balanced scorecard focused entirely on delivering world-class client experiences. IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: - Provide exceptional onboarding experiences for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to Wealthsimple - Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's unique situation and goals - Create custom investment proposals that align with clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance - Proactively service client accounts, anticipating needs before they arise - Maintain regular communication with clients through phone, video, and in-person meetings - Apply your financial expertise to complex client situations involving corporations, trusts, and estates - Contribute your insights to improve our service offering and client experience WHAT YOU’LL BRING: - Pl.
