About the Team:
At CookUnity, the Brand Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing world-class marketing activations and experiences that drive organic growth through brand awareness and earn loyalty beyond reason. This team sets the vision and strategy for the brand and brings it to life with strategic rigor, creative excellence, and cultural relevance. Through insight-inspired, data-led brand storytelling and experiences, CookUnity’s Brand Marketing team will build a category-defining brand loved by an entire generation of foodies.
The Role:
This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute sponsorship and experiential marketing strategies that expand our brand’s presence in the real world and through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of tactical executional strength and strategic vision — someone who thrives at turning ideas into meaningful brand moments that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
As Brand Marketing Manager, Sponsorships Events, you’ll lead the planning and execution of branded activations, sponsorships, partnerships, and event experiences that amplify our story and bring the brand to life across key markets. You’ll operate as both a hands-on project owner and a cross-functional connector — collaborating with Growth, PR, Culinary, Creative, and external partners to create memorable experiences that reflect our mission and fuel brand love.
You will report to the Brand Experience Director and play a pivotal role in building a high-impact sponsorship and events strategy that deepens connections with consumers, chefs, and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Help lead the sponsorship and events strategy — identify, evaluate, and activate partnerships and event opportunities that align with brand and business goals, from local community events to large-scale category sponsorships.
Own end-to-end planning and execution of brand activations, pop-ups, sponsorships, and experiential programs — from brief development and creative direction to on-site logistics and post-event analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, PR, Social, Product, and Culinary to ensure cohesive storytelling and integration across all brand touch points.
Manage agency and vendor relationships , ensuring creative quality, operational excellence, and strong ROI.
Develop toolkits and playbooks for scalable regional activations that reinforce the brand’s presence and messaging consistency.
Negotiate and manage budgets and contracts for sponsorships and events, ensuring optimal spend efficiency and measurable outcomes.
Track performance and impact , establishing KPIs for awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion; conduct post-mortems to identify learnings and optimization opportunities.
Stay attuned to trends in experiential marketing, hospitality, and partnerships — bringing forward fresh ideas that position the brand as an innovator in the food and lifestyle space.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, sponsorships, or experiential/event marketing — ideally within a consumer, lifestyle, or hospitality brand.
