About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Enablement Manager to focus on our Product Partner Enablement to join our GTM Enablement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven enablement strategies that drive performance, consistency, and productivity across both our field-facing teams and our partner ecosystem, and will need to have a strong collaborative mindset. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, leadership, AI fluency, and the ability to collaborate with various teams. You will: Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy that balances the needs of field product enablement and partner enablement in partnership with our broader GTM Enablement team, including continuous learning, skills assessments, and coaching. Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Product Marketing leadership to create training that aligns with core competencies and priority business goals. Maintain and improve a continuous learning program that covers areas such as product launches, demo and discovery excellence, partner readiness, competitive selling, persona and vertical-based enablement, and certifications on critical elements of priority items. Responsible for deep understanding, training, and reinforcement of how Glean’s platform, AI capabilities, and product value should be positioned consistently across both field teams and partners. Work closely with internal stakeholders and partner-facing teams to understand their needs and develop content that supports product adoption, field execution, and partner effectiveness. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and use data to optimize programs and drive business impact.
